Home Path Homes are properties that fnma has foreclosed on and now are marketing for sale. Some are in a condition where they would require a renovation loan like fha 203k or fnma homestyle. This program has been discontinued since this time last year.. HomePath were Fannie Mae foreclosed home that if you financed back through Fannie Mae, you could buy it with a lower down payment and no appraisal was necessary.. It was only offered on Fannie Mae foreclosed homes and only homes designated eligible for HomePath financing by Fannie Mae.. But again, this program is no longer in affect. ..
