No, you cannot. An IRRRL is a refinancing of an existing VA loan to a new VA loan. ~ Bert Carpenter, The LoansA2z Team of NEXA Mortgage ~ NMLS 40586 ~ Licensed in AZ, CA, GA, IL, OR & WA... In fact, NEXA is licensed in all states except MA and NY and we are pending approval in VA, so give us a call. ~ www.ApplyYes.com 480-889-9000.

Why did you go conventional in the first place?

Hello, we can certainly get you into a VA loan. It would not be an IRRRL, but you would receive all the benefits of having a VA loan. Our company specializes in VA loans in the state of Missouri, in St. Louis. Please call me at 314-267-5555. Thank you!

Unfortunately no, the VA IRRRL loan is a streamline refinance loan of an EXISTING VA loan only. If you had used your VA benefits to buy the home in the first place, you'd be fine. I love VA loans, I'm licensed for VA loans in MN WI IA ND SD. Find me at VAMortgageMN.com - NMLS 274132 Cambria Mortgage
