Seller credit & closing cost
Hello,I am having an urgent problem,The seller give us $9000 fixing credit, and turns out I can only use it against closing cost of Mortgage,However, the closing cost is only $7800 after 0.35 point origination fee, and now they are asking me at buy more expensive points to use up the credit.What else can I do?Thank you by simont from Athens, Georgia. By fixing credit i mean the house needed some repairs and seller said he will give us $9K so we can fix those.
