Obtaining a commercial loan in Michigan - any lenders available?

I am looking to purchase commercial property in Michigan in the 48192 zip area. 75% LTV for $mil+ properties. My credit is 700+. I am a Canadian citizen so I'm having trouble finding options. I'd love to be taken seriously and see if anyone is available to either lend to me or give me a great referral. Thanks very much by anil3 from , California. Jun 10th 2014 Reply

I can help you but I need to have a better understanding of what you are trying to accomplish and specific about the property you want to buy. We will lend on commercial assuming the property is performing and stabilized. Feel free to contact me at your convenience.

You may qualify for a commercial loan in Michigan as a foreign national. Whether or not you can get 75% LTV I am not sure. This may be possible depending on the property and a few other requirements. But I am a commercial mortgage broker and I do have commercial financing at 75% LTV for foreign nationals.

The best source for commercial financing is scotsmanguide.com They have a search tool where you put in your loan scenario and you get a list of lenders who meet your criteria.. being that your a Canadian citizen, you might find it difficult to get 75% LTV, but you will definitely find a lender.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com

There are tons of options in the Down River Area. The great thing about that area is there may be some Federal dollars available. You really want to talk to a local commercial lender in the Detroit area. With 25% down, you should be in good shape. Talk to your Commercial Realtor, they will point you in the right direction.
