OMG. Nationstar tacked on a "Lender Paid Expenses" of $66,644.60 on my mortgage. Is this legal and how do I dispute it?

Ask for a detailed explanation. Review it and then make your decision.

Much more info needed to answer your question.. Call your lender and ask what exactly this is referring to.. If you had a loan modification, then it's possible that was a principal amount they allowed to not be assessed an interest charge.. but in all reality, it could be a hundred different things.. Call your lender.. they can explain. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / RPM Mortgage NMLS 1541014 / AZMB0121893
