Yes there is! Some Banks will offer a 5 year term.

Yes.. you can refinance into a 10 year loan, but realistically, the interest rate wont be much different than a 15 year... I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. Absolutely! Shop around in your local market. Find a competitive rate with a broker who has great reputation for impeccable customer service. Ask around to those people you may know who have refinanced or purchased within the last year. Get some perspectives as to their experiences. Again, shop the market and compare , compare, compare!
