You can search here... https://vip.vba.va.gov/portal/VBAH/VBAHome/condopudsearch But this is still no guarantee that the lender will finance the condo. Keep in mind that VA does not lend money.. they only insure loans against default.. the lenders will oftentimes add their own rules above what VA calls for.. it's these overlays that make lending rules different one lender to another.. From my experience, your better off buying a single family home vs. a condo.. but if you look long enough, you might find a project that might be acceptable.
