All VA loans are 100% financing including the VA funding fee is applicable.. however you will need to pay for your closing costs.. this can be done by you bringing cash to the table, or having someone else pay the costs for you.. Seller contributions, Listing or Selling agent contributions, or your lender can contribute to you as well, but VA 100% financing is available in all 50 states.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. Many people confuse closing costs with down payments. All VA loans do not require a down payment. You may want to talk to your realtor about obtaining a seller credit of 3-6% to cover your closing costs. Best of Luck to you.
