More info needed, but in general.. lenders rarely ask for receipts.. they ask for tax returns and W2's to confirm your job income, and business tax returns, P&L statements and Balance Sheet's to confirm your business income.. For business income to be considered, you must have 2 years filed federal tax returns.. If your business has been around longer than 2 or more years, certain loan products only require 1 years business returns.. It's best you stop trying to figure out what you will and wont need.. call your loan officer, do the application and let him request what is needed.. if there's an issue, he can walk you through it.. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / LendUS, NMLS 1938/ AZMB0121893

Hi please give me a call. 818-915-9956. Lender's generally use your returns but if we can't qualify you going that route there are alternatives.
