Best bet Mr. Pickens814 is to contact your existing lender (s). Since you are, apparently, not in a HARP -eligible loan, your current and best path is to discuss a lower rate with your current loan servicer directly.I know of no other alternative. Ron

There are no refinance relief programs for jumbo loans, and nothing that is being proposed in congress will address any type of Jumbo financing.. so unless your current lender is willing to refinance you, you'll likely have to wait till you have sufficient equity to satisfy the lenders minimum Loan to Value requirements.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. DC did not depreciate as badly as the surrounding areas. So the question is are you quite sure you are underwater. You may want to recheck the value of your home. At the moment DC is experiencing pretty good appreciation. If you need some help on the valuation of your home you can give me a call and I can do a quick check for you. Thanks
