We as Direct lenders, we process and Inhouse underwrite our loans. So the process is much faster. We close within 3 weeks. Call HomeTown LendersAshish Bhusare 956-254-9140

Assuming you have all your documents available and gather everything in a timely fashion, 30 days or less. Some of this depends on how responsive you are. If you'd like to discuss the process in further detail, please call me at your convenience. Ron. 512-318-0380

There are many factors that go into the timeline and many issues can pop up out of nowhere that will drag the closing out.. but typically, we close in about 20 days.. most will say 30 is typical.. and with problem deals, it could be 45 days to 60 days.. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / RPM Mortgage NMLS 1541014 / AZMB0121893
