I will clarify why it is possible for us to do the loan. We do not have a minimal FICO score for a jumbo loan, however, we will want to see an improvement for the past two years (minimal derogatory credit.)

My guess is that you need to have a 660 FICO or greater due to the Loan Size, but I realize some lenders may offer programs with lower scores.
