Are you still currently working? Also, many of my lenders will use foreign income. I am a loan broker and have lots of programs. Give me a call 510 332 3282. In in the bay area.
Hi Frederick, as long as you file your tax returns and claim the foreign income on F2555, then we can use that income to qualify you for a mortgage in the United States. We would also need your employer to complete a written employment verification form, which confirms your current employment status, job title, start date, and earnings information. A paystub may also be needed, even if it's in a different language other than English. If you'd like my help you can reach out to me at shane@thebesthomeloans.com or my number is 949-322-3616. NMLS #81195.
We do loans in all 50 states.
I am licensed in Washington State as a mortgage broker which is a higher level of licensing than a bank employee. I also have a flat fee so the cost in total is much lower. fred@arrivva.com
