Without a doubt I can. I'm in Tampa. Your credit report cannot look like a RAP SHEET from the police station though............... We can approve people down to 580. Call me at 813 601 0221 - Andrew Alfonso

We can approve you with a credit score as low as 580 for an FHA mortgage or 620 score for a conventional mortgage. We will need to have a discussion to get the rest of the details of your loan scenario. Please call me at 407-330-0947 at your earliest convenience. ThanksMark with Home 1st Lending

It's possible, but an acceptable credit score is just one of many things a lender looks at when determining one's eligibility.. income, debt, debt to income ratios, derogatory credit, etc, etc. etc.. You could have a 750 credit score and have a major deficiencies and still not get approved, so more info would be needed.. also understand that the lower the credit score the more strict the guidelines, and few that apply actually get approved.. If you want to know for sure, then you should contact a LOCAL mortgage broker and apply with them. Once they see your complete loan profile, they will be better equipped to advise you properly. Also, by applying with your LOCAL Broker, you have an advantage because he's familiar with local customs and works with many lenders with each one offering a different type of lending program. This is unlike the local bank which typically only has a few lending programs. The more lenders, the more lending options, and the more likely your scenario will be accepted.. Plus, the broker is experienced in seeking out the best loan terms for your particular scenario, and he has lower overhead which typically results in lower rates and fees than most of the larger lenders.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. Agree with others that it is possible, but not guaranteed - depends on the details of your application and the reason for the 607 score. Remember that 607 may not be the score a lender gets when they check your credit, it could be higher or lower.
