Sunny gained experience in the industry as the regional manager for the mortgage division of a bank. That experience allowed her to focus on opening the Sunny Group in 2001, her team closed over $240 million in loans. The Sunny Group is currently associated with Fairway Independent Mortgage one of the top twenty natitonal lenders. She is a member of the Mississippi Association of Mortgage Lenders, National Association of Mortgage Brokers and Mississippi Home Builders Association. She enjoys weekends at the beach, traveling and time with her family
