ABOUT ME

I am a Colorado Reverse Mortgage Lender. I started my career with a small town bank in the 80's before there was branch and interstate banking. Now my job is with a National Bank helping seniors with HECM Reverse Mortgage information showing them how to make their retirement dreams come true. A HECM Reverse Mortgage is a FHA insured loan program specifically designed for those over the age of 62. The Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM), more commonly known as a reverse mortgage, is helping seniors stay in their home and enjoy their retirement years. As a federally registered HECM Reverse Mortgage lender, I am able to serve clients in Colorado and most other states nationwide.

REVERSE MORTGAGE INFORMATION

Pay off your current loans by using a reverse mortgage to tap into the equity in your home. No monthly mortgage payment is required.*

HOW DOES IT WORK?

If you are 62 years of age or older and have equity in your home, a reverse mortgage may turn that equity into cash. You can use the money to repay your mortgage loans, then take any remaining funds as a lump sum, a line of credit, paid monthly or any combination thereof. Unlike a traditional mortgage, no repayment is required until the home is sold or the owner permanently moves out or passes away.*

WE SERVICE ALL IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS

Denver, Aurora, Lakewood, Fort Collins, Loveland, Arvada, Westminster, Boulder, Thorton, Littleton, Broomfield, Grand Junction, Fruita, Palisade, Delta, Montrose Rifle, Glenwood Springs, Vail, Aspen and Carbondale.

Best of all, the proceeds are tax-free and you retain title to your home.

The Reverse Mortgage can be completed in as fast as 30 days. To receive more information about this program and its benefits, please contact me directly at 888-264-7692

Client Testimonials

We were somewhat kind of scepitical of getting a reverse mortgage, but Gary Crist helped us with our application for a reverse mortgage and we found him to be the most professional, knowledgeable and patient person with our questions. We had the pleasure of working with him. I would without any reservation recommend him to anyone wanting to do a reverse mortgage.
